i had strange enchant today i made my item from +5 to +6 and it was 119%q before and 118%q afte enchanted it wouldnt be suspicious if i used bad q orb but orb was 121%q so why it decrease the item quality?

When you start orbing an item the qu is 100%, so till you get enough orbage of higher qu on there to displace the starting qu it would be lower than the orb used to add upon it as you have still added more complexity
